Class “A” Fermented Malt Beverage License:
Authorizes the retail sale of beer and beer-based coolers, in the original sealed container, for consumption off the licensed premises. This license expires annually on June 30th. The fee is $100.00

“Class A” Liquor License:
Authorizes the retail sale of liquor and wine, in the original sealed container, for consumption off the licensed premises. This license expires annually on June 30th. The fee is $400.00.

Class “B” Fermented Malt Beverage License:
Authorizes the retail sale of beer and beer-based coolers for consumption on the licensed premises and for consumption off the licensed premises. This license expires annually on June 30th . The fee is $100.00.

“Class B” Liquor License:
Authorizes the retail sale of liquor by the drink for consumption on the licensed premises and (if allowed by local ordinance) in the original sealed container for off-premises consumption. This license expires annually on June 30th. The fee is $400.00.

License Application Information:

  • An original license means it is a brand new license.
  • The auxiliary questionnaire is to be submitted with all original license applications.
  • The agent schedule is to be submitted with all original license applications. This form must also be submitted if the establishment changes the agent.
  • A renewal license means the licensee is requesting renewal of the existing license due to annual expiration.
Application Process:

The above applications must be received 15 days prior to a Town Board meeting for consideration (the Town Board meets the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month).

  • A publication fee is required upon application. The fee is $75.
  • A license fee is due before a license is issued.
  • A Wisconsin seller's permit number and FEIN number must be included on the application.
